&lt;p&gt;I too am also using opcode cache, wp-cache, POC (plugin output cache), tweaked my.cnf and http.conf and I'm STILL getting awful slowdown..&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Would Squid or Varnish even help if it's a 100% wordpress site?&lt;/p&gt;
