Yes, it’s that time again: this is the official announcement of the latest Turbocharged release. There are lots of improvements in this release, and the single most important one is WordPress 2.1.3 compatibility. There’s also a new set of Turbocharged editions, for those of you who are price-conscious.
Important security fix! WordPress 2.0.7 is out, and Turbocharged couldn’t fall behind. So grab your copy ASAP.
There are two new plugins in this release: the Boakes Google Analytics plugin (that automates the process of adding Analytics code to your Web properties) and a small Tag Cloud plugin you can add to your selected WordPress theme.
Turobhcarged 2.1.2 fixes a series of small bugs in widgets, and removes FireStats because of licensing concerns. We’ll be working out an arrangement to bring back the value in FireStats to you.
This version is seriously recommended to Turbocharged’s Binary Blue theme users.
Binary Blue shipped with a packaging showstopper in version 2.1.0. The symptom is a blank screen or a fatal error message upon viewing any page of your blog (the management screen is unaffected).
If you experience this bug, please upgrade.
